You can return items within 14 days of receiving them. Items must be unused and in resaleable condition. Some items can’t be returned, like perishable goods (e.g. plants, food), custom or personalised items, hygiene-sealed items (e.g. mattresses, pet litter trays) if opened. Installed products can’t be returned unless faulty. To start your return please contact our Customer Care team. When reaching out, please provide the email address used when placing the order, your first & last name that appears on the order as well as the 00 order number.
